Automatic edge wrapping machine for LCD module
Function introduction
Applied to the automatic attachment and edge wrapping of shading tape for medium-sized LCD module products, and automatic locking of PCB screws.
It uses CCD automatic alignment correction and finished product automatic detection to identify OK & NG products; the screws are locked with intelligent electric screwdrivers to achieve automatic monitoring of torque and number of turns. The mechanism is driven by a motor to achieve rapid switching of product models.
